Glad he went to the head person, as I suggested, and got a favorable response.

Thank you all for educating me on my spelling, grammar.
I agree with you about one thing though. I went straight to Marcus email , 10:30 pm
Got a replay almost at once 12:15 am
He told me he would look into this right away.
8:45 am same morning email from area supervisor said he would get to bottom of this.
This fast action blows me away. I can't believe it.
Meridian camping world blew me off but
Marcus seems to care.
A lot of the posts to this thread have been removed.. Frankly those sort of posts were inappropriate and are not welcome.
Palladun, Thank you for posting an update...The Camping World Folks are very committed to ensuring that in the event there is a customer perception of a miscue relative to dealing with Camping world that it is reviewed and addressed where warranted. That is the reason that the Dear Marcus portion of our forum was created and staffed.
Had I been online I would have moved you thread over to the Dear Marcus section

JohnnyT, I certainly would not want to bash a first time poster but he should have let us know what the problem was/is as it would have help a lot in the reply's. Just saying that Camping World is not holding up their end of the deal leaves us hanging and guessing.
I'm glad that the OP has made some traction regarding his post.
Safe travels,

I agree wholeheartedly, in a case like this you should hold their feet to the fire. With an open and shut case like you have presented here, there is no excuse for Camping World to step up and do whatever you want. They obviously owe it to you.
I have bin having trouble with camping world keeping there commitment after a sale.
Meridian , Idaho campworld sales have refused to honner there agreement
I guess that after the sale is after the sale. - GoldencrazyExplorerThis is an unusual thread. Granted the original post was light on details. It is not hard to figure out that the poster purchased an RV and believed he had some type of agreement that was not honored, The lack of detail means no advice of a reasonable nature could be provided. So it appears we decided to go after the poster for his form given the lack of content. I agree with those who suggest that form in terms of sentence structure and spelling is not a big deal on this forum. I am usually interested in the comments of folks who know their way around the mechanics of motorhomes and am fine if their form is rough.
- skipncharExplorerIf their agreement is in writing (not verbal) AND you did not fail to live up to YOUR commitment with them (an agreement must contain benefits for both sides) then you have the means of MAKING them honor it. Might be better if you contact someone above the local store to mediate the issues. Really can't comment much on anything you said because you said so little.
Good luck / Skip
