That is right. The rig has no generator. Assuming that is critical for you as it would be for me, I advise to lower your offer accordingly, then on your way home, stop in at Phoenix USA in Elkhart, IN and have them install a new one for you. The space is already provided, and Phoenix will make sure it's all done right with the power transfer switch and all the rest. Call them for a quote on the cost for the generator and installation. Then adjust your offer to reflect it.
