Or it could be some other conversion van. Coachmen, Coachhouse, Sportsmobile and others also did RV conversions, but in that brief footage it is hard to tell whether inside is RV or just a travel van, a ot of converters did similar exterior treatments and there were hundreds of them in the business.
Hard to tie down a model year because Dodge made the "B" van for more than 30 years with modest changes in appearance. That looks 3rd generation, 1994-2003.
As I keep watching it, nose shape could also be Chevy Express? The tow vehicle looks longer and lower than any normal van or RV conversion. but so does the trailer look stretched out, so I'm thinking that's an artifact of the video process.
Rialta had that shape, but somewhat smaller than a van, not exactly what you might use for doing something steathily.
