Can Anyone Identify this Manufacturer / Year

Hello

I am in the process of investigating a theft of my Trailer in Monterey California and have limited footage of the Crime so hoping that someone might be able to help me in identifying this vehicle type make year etc . thanks in advance

    It looks like a Dodge Roadtrek 190. Thought at first it might be a 200 but I don't think Rt put windows in both side doors on the 200.
    Tough to call the year since they all look pretty much the same

    Look to me to be a Class B so I moved it there.
