Can anyone post a review on the Roadmaster even brake 9400

I am looking at this item because it is advertised as easily transferred from one towed vehicle to another. Can anyone post a review on the ease of transfer and on the functionality of this system...

rechecked wiring could see no problem. I did readjust legs on even brake and removed handle because I noticed brake was riding up on the seat. I now have a 2 x10 x 16 board between seat and brake. will do a road test in about 5 week. Hope all works out.
