can i do anything to diagnose duo-therm dometic penguin?

it runs but it isn't cooling the air. i think the thermostat let it shut off as i pushed it toward 80 deg. it's in an '05 22 ft trail lite. a few pics follow. any tips, ideas, insights are much...
