You probably need a new battery if this has not been a problem in the past.
How old is your battery? Yes it may pass a load test, or a hydrometer test, but they fail internally in ways that cannot be checked.
One does not really buy a battery, we just seem to rent them.
Once the battery is needing a charge, how long do you charge it? Most likely not long enough to actually fill it up. If you are taking very short trips in the toad it may never get filled all the way.
A very inexpensive small charger can be strapped under the hood with the end of the cord hanging out a bit from the front will allow you to run an extension cord to it and charge it over night.
