You can also place trickle charger in your basement, plugged into your asscessory 110v outlet. Harbor freight coupons them for around $6.00, then splice longer wires and run them to the toads battery. Or you can place the charger under the hood of the toad, hook to the battery and then tap into any close 110v line. Rear bed or bath outlets may allow you to tap in easily.
these units pull very low amps so super heavy wire is not needed. But the longer the run the lower the guage.
