I just realized I have the Oasis 34900, and not the Aqua-hot. Any ideas on that?
OK, You really need to contac Oasis. The Diesel burner on your Oasis is a 140,000 BTU. The 2 Electric elements combined is 10,000 BTU. So, you have the 120 ON. You also have the Diesel burner SWITCH on. UNLESS there is a demand and the boiler tank is already at its set temp, neither the 120 or Diesel will come on. Once you turn on the HOT water, the water flows and usually both the 120 and Diesel burners will operate together. Leave the Diesel Burner switch OFF, and only the 120 elements will operate. But, eventually, if you use enough hot water, the 2- 120 elements cannot keep up and you will get cooler water. Have you tried just operating on 120 ONLY, and seeing how long you have hot water for your needs? Doug
