I think the main issue here is that gassers - having engine on front don't have good wheel cut.
Nothing to be proud about.
I don't think turning radius is main issue with motorhomes, especially when we talk about shorter ones.
My conversion takes at least 6 lanes for U-turn, so I have to plan ahead for the maneuver, but than I don't make U-turns with it very often.
