We love to camp and, once in a while we MIGHT end up someplace really warm in the summer. While we do need power for A/C at certain times and, heater in others, running that #$%^$ generator all the time drives me nuts. And, while it IS a QD 7.5, it's still makes noise. And, if you're in a nice quiet camp ground, why make all that noise? This is a preference thing for sure.
I can feel and hear it in the coach. It's not overbearing but, I still feel and hear it.
Wow, OP, you have SIXTEEN HOUSE BATTERIES??????? Yeow, that's a serious bill if and when you have to replace them and, not only that but, that's also some SERIOUS WEIGHT too.
