Holstein, I'm a little confused from your post. Did you leave the generator running so that the air could cool the coach during the day? Or did you wait and try to cool a hot coach?
One day when I returned, I noticed the autostart had kicked in so I guess I must have left the kitchen A/C turned on (it runs off the inverter).
The coach was always hot when I returned from sightseeing but cooled down quickly with the three a/cs on. No problems with humidity or air drying out before it cooled down.
Because I was in a very isolated parking lot behind my buddy's church, I could run the generator anytime. Usually, I'd set the generator to autostart before going to bed and set it to come on when the temperature went above above 72 degrees or the battery went to 50%. When I woke up in the morning, the coach was always cool and the generator was not running.
