Canadian prices too high on used units? Cheaper to import?

I have yet to hear if anyone has ever been charged for having a non CSA stickered rv. lol I imported a non stickered rv to Canada legally and was never asked by any jusidiction whether or not it was stickered. Canadian dealers are the only ones ranting that it has to have one except when our dollar was higher and they were importing used non stickered rvs to resell. Same thing was happening with motor vehicles when dealers could make a bundle when exchange rates were more favorable.
