Well, I see it as a bit more but maybe they are selling it cheaper in some stations than the one I passed on the way home.
1.13 per litre x 3.78 = 4.27. 4.27 Can in is about 3.40 USD. I know some stations knock off 7 cents a litre with loyalty programs so maybe thats it.
The second part of your statement doesn't apply to me although I totally agree. I think insurance coverage may come into question too. Really I have no idea though. Not a lawyer.
Believe you me if you as a Canadian show up at the border with a US registered and or plated vehicle and do not have your RIV paperwork in order you will not be allowed into Canada with that Vehicle
