Hello All:We've recently purchased a 2004 Winnebago Itasca Sunrise V32 Class 'A' Motorhome. Private sale, so the seller was unable to help.The question is 'Where in the world is the master switch to turn on the wall lights in the bedroom?' There are push-push switches on the fixtures, but they do no good. The bulbs check out OK. No breakers are out from what I see. I've not taken the fixtures off the wall to check for voltage behind yet. The other curious thing is the switch labeled 'Aisle Lights' does nothing also, although I've not checked those bulbs yet.Thanks for any help you good people can provideSwitchie

There is a switch identified on this 2004 Itasca Sunrise 32V 12 volt body wiring diagram. It is in upper left corner of page 4. On the Body 12 volt Wiring Installation on page 6 switch detail ED it shows it next to the aisle light switch. I would think it is just above the vanity on the wall between vanity and bathroom.

Thanks for your responses. After looking at the diagrams, I believe the power for the wall lights comes from the same lines as the reading lights. The reading lights work, so there must be power to the wall lights as well. Time to take the wall lights apart and look for dirty switch or bulb contacts.Thanks againSwitchie

I tried to post numerous times yesterday but, I couldn't get onto RV.Nets server for some reason! I own a 04 Winnebago that I bought it new in 04! In my coach when you walk into the rear bedroom there is a lamp mounted on the sidewall next to the bed. One foot to the left of the lamp is two electrical switches the outside switch is for the overhead bedroom light and the inside switch is for the aisle light.

Are they like these?If so, that's similar to my '04 Adventurer. The buttons on the wall plate is all there is.The "aisle light" is down near the floor in the wall. Like the one near the steps.

Just take one to a home improvement or hardware store. You will probably get a better switch and possibly less expensive.

The switch on each fixture was the culprit. Going to an RV store later this week for some other stuff and new switches.

Yes, I checked the circuit breakers for the coach. The all look OK. The bulb is for sure a 12v. I took one out and replaced it with the one for the dining nook overhead lights. Worked fine. Also, the wiring diagram linked to above shows the reading lights in the bedroom are supplied from the same line as my offending wall fixtures, and they work. Must be the switch on the fixture itself. Gonna check that this weekend.

Presuming the outlets work....but if they don 't check the INVERTER. Perhaps that circuit breaker might need to be reset.
On my ooach, both the bedroom outlets and the front of the coach (where the TV is) are controlled by the INVERTER.

Just curious, have you checked your coach 12v fuse panel for a blown fuse?

What do the light bulbs look like?
Take one out and read the numbers info
In our 1995 Safari all the wall sconces are 120 vac and are wired to the inverter circuit that also powers the entertainment receptacles for the tv etc.

Yes, that looks very much like my Sunrise. The only switch I can find is the button right on the fixture itself. I haven't taken the time to remove the fixture from the wall to see if there is 12v going to the switch. That seems to be the next logical step in the mystery.
