We have a 2018 Allegro Red 33aa and both the captain's chairs are clearly showing wear after 3 years (22,000 miles). I went out of my way to meet Bob Tiffin at the Hershey show last month and very nicely asked him how to get it repaired. He wrote down his number on my show program, and told me to call him. They have a woman in Red Bay that recovers the upholstery. I asked him if this was something that was normal and he said absolutely not. I know Steelcase had issues with the leather some years, but he said 2018 was not a year he is aware of with the issue. Now I just have to get the rig to Red Bay from Philadelphia! Very nice conversation though. I complemented him on his coach and organization.
