It is a personal choice, We have chosen to tow 4 down. Our reason is that when we travel during the summer months we tend to move around a lot, 3 - 4 days in one place, a week in another and soon on. This would mean that we would have to make arrangement for the trailer at each stop. Some place are no problem, some are really a problem. We just find it easier without the trailer. During the winter, we spend all our time at one place and it would be nice to have the trailer to take some of the things we carry for the long stay.
Another reason is that we do not have the room to store a trailer when we're home and finding additional storage where we live is a major problem. Like I said, it's what suits your individual needs.
No matter what you decide on, have a great time using your MH.
