Your towing capacity is 5K pounds. A typical 24' enclosed trailer weighs around 3,500 pounds. A Honda CRV weighs about the same for a total around 7K. That is without you putting anything else in the car or trailer. You do the math. Not trying to be the weight police here, just calling out the numbers.
Yes, you will have additional difficulty with parking the MH, trailer and CRV. Not an insurmountable problem as I see 45' MHs with trailers and bigger cars than a CRV spread out in RV sites. But it will cause you issues for sure in National and State parks which do have size limits.
