My only suggestion is in the area of COMMUNICATRIONS.
Option 1: If every Vehicle has at least one licensed Ham Radio Operator, VHF or UHF FM is great.
Option 2: CB
Option 3 FRS/GMRS (GMRS needs an 80 dollar license)
I have all 3 options though I would need to put batteries in the FRS radios (I gave my GMRS away when my GMRS license expiered)
