Cargo door leaking water from the rain

I have a 2000 Dynamax Model 292 Sport sedan I have a problem with two of the cargo bay doors, I'm thinking the seals but when it rains the cargo area gets wet inside nothing leaking from the roof area inside but it seems to be coming in from the door area. these doors when open fold down like a table instead of opening it up to the body of the motor home. I replaced the seals from home depot the RV tech told me to get because since my motor home is 16 years old they don't make these seal anymore I find that hard to believe. I adjusted the door locks because they showed signs of rust and being wet for some time. but still leaks, I see no signs of weep holes on the bottom where the cargo door frame is or any signs of leaks or water build up in another words.
I would show you a picture of the seals around the cargo doors but don't know how to post the picture yet maybe you can see what I'm talking about.

I do not know what type of door your unit has, but our cargo doors swing out and up - makes it more difficult to allow rain inside. Our door merely has through bolts all the way around, I would be tempted to remove the bolts rotate the door 180 degrees and rebolt.
  • steele rubber products makes many seals for the auto industry and RV's.

all you need are the measurements on the profile

see the RV section of the website too
