Not to hijack a thread, but your statement implies that one can get a non-factory power cable. I've gone through TWO. Makes me crazy. Is there somewhere I can buy a different make with the same connection?
About the Carryout ... we LOVE it. And we've put it on the roof of our motorhome on occasion, too. Did that last week when we were in a very, very crowded/busy RV park in San Diego & didn't want to worry about it walking away (the park had warnings about locking your valuables up). I've got a 6' bike cable and can lock it to something if needed, or use the cable to haul it up on the roof. Worked like a charm!
