In my opinion, the Winegard Pathway X2 is a better choice for Dish service than the Tailgater. The larger dish is less prone to rain fade, and the X2's western and eastern arc capability allows more aiming flexibility than the Tailgater. The X2 also does not need a separate power cable, and it supports two receivers watching different channels on the same satellite.
