We "TOW" our Honda Shadow behind our MH. I use a set-up from "billybob1.com" that mounts in the MH's receiver and the front tire of the MC's put on the mount, and the rear tire just rolls on the road. this whole set up might at the most add about 300lbs to the receiver of the MH. I've towed our MC now for 2 years and over 5000 miles with no issues.
Made a Clicky of your tow hitch. Looks like a better way than a previous version that forced the motorcycle to lean considerably when doing a sharp turn left or right. Here is another company that has been in business for years
The Chariot Company Cycle Sled 9.
I had a low to the ground trailer built to haul my motorcycle. I found that it worked great, but the motorcycle was always dirty after a trip.
So found a used Excalibur trailer that is aerodynamically styled and formed of fiberglass. They are no longer made, but here is one that looks similar
Magneta Mag series. I have never regretted the trailer. It is a little pricey, but I have been offered more than I paid for it. So, if I ever decide to sell, I can consider it free rental to me.
