Los Angeles County Sherrif refuses to issue permits, even after a court order to do so. I have it on good authority all of 341 total permits have been issued. It is then logical to assume that only the celebrities and the politically well-connected can get a permit.
On the other hand, San Diego County may be issueing a permit in the near future do the a lawsuit, now being appealed.
More than one state has decided to null their reciprocity. I think Virginia just did.
If I can be licensed to drive a motor vehicle in any one state but then drive in all 50 states, why can't a CCW permit be just as valid?
