Chaaging out artwork

Our 1999 Winnebago Adventurer came to us with a framed piece of art hung behind the dinette & we both want to replace it. It doesn't want to come off the wall, & we didn't want to take a chance hurting the wall paper, so anyone out there know how to remove this picture?

Thanks! I thought I was going to pull the wall down along with picture.... :B

  • Some are hung on a "V" shaped plate at the top. One "V" is mounted to the wall and the other "V" is mounted upside down on the frame. One is lowered on to the other and then Velcro is used at the bottom.

I like the idea from "downtehroad". His way will either separate the glue or tell you where you have attachments.
  • Might be hung with some kind of mastic. Try using a length of fishing line.
Wrap the line around each hand and slide-saw it back and forth behind the picture starting at the top and moving it down as you go.

    Worth a try.
