Charcoal grill suggestion

For us this works well as I have cooking temperature in just a minute or two, cool-down is fairly fast, and cooking is easy and tasty. Now we mostly either use this or a wood bonfire when we're cooking outside.

I especially like how this folds up securely for travel. It has just enough space for a couple of large hamburgers and a couple ears of corn.

You will not be disappointed with the Weber Smokey Joe, but make sure it is the GOLD model, has the lid holder/lock to keep it all together when on the road. I think they had an experienced Rv'r design it...

I use a Weber Smokey Joe.. Compact and easy to clean..

We use this Habachi. Does require a protective heat pad under it if used on a table. Small and stores easily in the bay.
