Cheap Handling Fix - Bolt Missing

The local Ford dealer replaced the bolt and tightened it "to specs". They stated that the bolt on the other side was loose. They tightened it also. The weather is cold and wet today so I didn't fool with taking pictures. I intend to do so as soon as I can. I also intend to start checking the bolts more often. Still not sure why I seem to be the only one with this problem.
