Cheaper RV lots for sale (where?)

Hi All,
I'm new here, and definitely new to RV'ing, I'm a full timer for over a year now. I apologize in advance if I offend anyone as I do not recognize political correctness.

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum.
Does anyone know where there are cheaper RV lots for sale similar to the pricing of Coosawattee Park? I checked with their marketer and some restrictions is that an RV must be <15 years old, 180 consecutive days then you must leave. Some are 55+ only. Does anyone know of cheap properties without all of these restrictions where one can just park an RV and live?

Most people do not know where Coosawattee is located... N GA and I do not now what price range you are talking (google finds $6K-10K). As the owner of a RV park in N GA, it's too cold in the winter to live in a RV and that's the reason we rent our sites for eight months of use and four months of storage. We have a few FTers that remove their rig for the four months we are closed during the winter... so I can go to S Fla. I doubt you will find anything cheaper, especially in N GA.
  • My guess is the area around Brownsville, TX, or maybe El Paso/Waco but it's just a guess.
  • Yeah, but in WA state. That 180 days per year, or sometimes 160 is very common. You have to use it less than half time to qualify for a temporary use permit in most parts of the country. However it is not consecutive, it's cumulative.
