My rig is 29ft and we travel with 2 adults and two dogs. The rig has a 460 which handles things OK. 7 people in any RV is a stretch - major stretch in 25ft rig. If it were me I would take a pass. Weight is a big deal in my rig - suspect it would be a big deal in yours.
