You should not have any problem running 65-75 MPH with that rig fully loaded,my '06 Chevy 28 foot RV fully loaded does just fine at those speeds. I can keep with traffic in most any terrain.
My fuel mileage is a bit better than the RVs on a Ford Chassis.My numbers run between 8.7 to 9.2mpg depending on speed and terrain, the sweet spot seems to be at about 64 MPH
The nice thing about the RV on a Chevy Chassis is that it will have a better ride and a lot more room in the cockpit area making it more enjoyable for long rides.
