I have the exact same drivetrain and I've put 80,000 on it.
I wouldn't buy an extended warranty for it unless they promise to pay for broken exhaust manifold bolt replacement which is the only major problem I had with mine.
You need to make sure the brake recall was done, replace the plugs and wires and CLEAN the MAF sensor.
