The diagram I found matches the labeling of your breakers. Notice that Microwave is on a circuit by itself. There are no downstream outlets.
Only two circuits are for outlets, designated "RECEP1" and "RECEPT2" in your photo and the diagram. The left of the two (RECEP1, which is the right hand half of the left breaker) feeds a GFCI someplace, that has the Bath, Exterior, and another Galley outlet. I don't think you've found the GALLEY CAPT GFI RECEP (with a triangle containing "1").
Either that GFI (also known as GFCI), it's bad, it hasn't been re-set, something downstream of it is tripping it, or the 15A side of the left breaker is tripped or bad.
I really think there's another outlet, probably in or near a kitchen cabinet, that you've missed, and it's the one with the GFI.
