IF we assume your '96 year coach has a '95 engine - meaning throttle body injection, then when you first turn the ignition on, the ECM spins the fuel pump and fires the injectors. You should hear the injectors click, and should see fuel spray before the engine cranks. IF you do not hear the pump run, hear the injectors pulse, and see fuel, then either the fuel pump relay fuse or the ECM is not getting power. Start there. The fact that you do not get any spark when you crank means it is likely your ECM does not have power, especially if it does not fire the injectors when you first turn the key before it cranks.
BTW: If you are testing this, realize that the ignition must be turned off for about 15 seconds in between tries, otherwise it will not pulse the injectors.
