BTW: If we are assuming a '95 chassis, with TBI, there is no oil pressure sensor switch. The ECM spurts a small amount of fuel in, when the ignition is first turned on. There is a delay, when it first starts cranking, as there is enough fuel to start from the first spurt. After about 2-3 seconds, then the fuel is turned on again. Once it passes that point, the fuel pump will stay running for about 3 seconds after you let up on the starter, if the engine has not started.
I should also mention that if this really is a '96 chassis with port injection on the Vortec engine, then everything I have stated may not apply. That is a completely different ECM, so I don't know how it is programed. RV's often have an older engine model year than the coach year, as the chassis can sit on the manufacturer's lot for a very long time.
