The injector pump is heard when key is turned on, and before engine is cranked. The distributor cap, rotor, coil, and module in the distributor have been replaced.
Incidentally, if the coach has been sitting a while, the pump may not run long enough to get fuel all the way up to the injectors on the first try. Yes, there should be a check valve in the pump that would prevent the fuel from running backward down the line, but it may still leak back slowly.
