I was parked next to one also. They had a full motorcycle on the lift and then the toad was behind that 'four down'. You could then haul your wheelchair with.
Both the tow bar for the car and the lift was made by BlueOx. I asked the owner regarding the safety/function of doing both. They said BlueOx installed them both on their MH.

Another thing to keep in mind is that not all CG's allow golf carts. And because of a few many more CG's are prohibiting them. I have not seen a CG that won't allow wheelchairs!! :W
