If you see any NASCAR RV's head down the road you will see most are pulling a P/U behind the RV and a full sized golf cart is in the bed. The electric wheel chair might also fit depending upon the size of the cart you use. Ohterwise, a lift like shown above will do a good job for the cart and you can install a chair carrier on the back of your tow vehicle which will be tagging along behind the coach and golf cart lift.
Depending upon the length of your coach and the size of your towed, just be sure you don't exceed any legal limits such as the 65' max in CA.
