In talking with many full-timers over our 16 years of doing it, the key is not to go into full-timing with debt. Pay off those credit cards monthly.
If you sell your house invest a good portion of it. Don't put it all into a RV. Buy only what you can truly afford. There are many full-timers out there with older and smaller RVs.
When you're finished full-timing you most likely will not want a big house like you had previously. You may even not want to live in the same area or state. Many settle into a 55+ community and purchase a Park Model trailer or a mobile home where it's a community of like-minded folks and instant friendships.
It can be done!
