Class A Ford Chassis
Do all Class A manufacturers use the same Ford chassis or does each RV manufacturer have their own individual requirements?

At the moment Ford is the only available large scale gas chassis manufacture for the class A market. Workhouse (owned by NaviStar) ended production I think in 2010 or so leaving only Ford.
Coach builders may alter the chassis as provided by Ford slightly but they have to ensure any changes do not void the Ford warranty and liability. About the only modification you'll see is adding a few feet of frame to the rear rather than buying the next larger chassis.
