I have got to agree with Roadpilot on this. I sure haven't seen anything in any industry newsletters or reports mentioning anything like this. I also don't think the title to my motorhome calls it a "Class A" anyway. Type of RV is in no way a federally protected class, though you can sue anyone for anything, I seriously doubt that such an action would have any chance in a court. It is possible that the resort did face a nuisance suit, so they went ahead and changed their policies, it happens all the time. But to imply they were forced to do it is stretching the facts a long, long way.
