Blazen,
While that would seem to be a good price from my quick search, I feel I have to caution you about a required expense.
Three things are imperative and should be immediately resolved.
First is Tires. They seem to have a reliable life of about 8 years. (Michelin says 7 and get them inspected and don't count on more than 10.)
Second is brake fluid. The system should be flushed about every 3 or four years as the fluid will absorb water and become corrosive. This probably has never been done but it is also probably not too late.
Third is coolant. If does not "wear out", but the corrosion inhibitors get used up. It will not be any seem to be any issue until things start leaking and then it is too late. You can have it tested.
Batteries, well, they are a **** shoot. Even treated well, 10 years is a lot, but they give you warning.
Those are the big ones that can cause you real trouble on the road. If you take care of a coach, it will take care of you.
Good Luck
Matt
I agree. While I want to say it is a good price, there are many factors that needs to be considered. First the coach is 9 years old. $45k is a lot of money for a bounder of that age. Miles are good, but that depends on how often it was started etc.
If it was in PERFECT condition, perhaps... But even then batts tires hoses belts all will be nearly a decade.
It's hard when I see some Tiffins going for 63k brand new to justify 45k for a 9 year old bounder.
They are good coaches though and I own one. Price wise how it's typed out, I would pass, but of course on inspection I may say something different.
