If the floor plan fits your intended use and you did not have to compromise on too many must have items I would think the price is reasonable.
Mileage shows very limited use so there are a few chassis related items to check. Maintenance records are a big up check if available. Basing maintenance only on miles isn't always best. It should be on it's second set of tires so check the tire date codes on the side walls. If you are a confident DIY type or shade tree mechanic the steps and generator repairs are not difficult.
