My wife and I are looking for employment! We have been in and out of multiple outdoors training facilities and are looking to seek employment via our dream of travel. Full time RVing. Starting with a longer extended stay getting used to our RV and the setting while working diligently for your facility would be the perfect fit. We are great with families and organizing different activities for any demographic of camper. We also are very trained on the do's and don'ts of the outdoors. If you are not looking to make money,but just need a free campsite,most federal and state campgrounds have camp host positions. How much time you have to put in varies.If you want to make money,then your resume should be sent to specific commercial campgrounds in the area where you want to work.

I really don't see employers looking at this site at specific posts for general people looking for employment, it would take too long. But as mentioned there is a workamper area on this site but I really only see the employers posting job opportunities for hopeful employees to look at.Try Googling workcamping or workamping or workkamping and there are plenty of sites that are listing job opportunities much better than this site allows.

Well Zach & Holly, you're already in the right state for campgrounds. We've visited quite a few campgrounds in FL and it seems as though your talents would be welcome. Not sure about the wages, but I'd guess free camping would be a strong possibility. January 1st may be too early for campgrounds in any states other than FL, south TX, south AZ, and south CA. I'd recommend sticking around FL for the winter and then as the snowbirds leave in the spring you might be able to look further north and west. Good luck following your dream!

The only thing that can really be said is that I don't believe employers look around for employees. They'll make a post here and there advertising the opportunity and have the potential employees go to them. You're the one who is going to have to do the leg work, seek out the opportunities you like and apply to them.

Don't know if it's okay to put this on the forum but we subscribe to Workamper News. You can have your Resume on their to be viewed by Owners of campgrounds or other employers wanting workampers. You can also email your resume from the site. Lots of opportunities here.

Check out WorkampingJobs.com. Tons of current ads from RV parks and campgrounds looking for workers, and you can also post your own resume. The site is free for everyone to use, too.
