WOW, thanks for the replies, that was an amazing write up by Ron, It brings everything into perspective about each.
Here is what I am looking for, I guess I should have explained it a bit better so you have an better idea, this is where it all originated from, I drive a race truck at our local oval track, if you are on facebook we are under fallen heroes racing, its a tribute truck to the Canadian military members who died in Afghanistan. I was there back in 2003 and 2004. one weekend we had a prostock race race there and there were hundreds of campers and RV's. One team invited us to stay with them for supper because they knew family members of one of the fallen, they had a daughter that was the same age as my oldest and she showed us around the camper, my two daughters stayed the night and that is all they talked about the next day, finally a day of not hearing anything about boys, it was great. we talked about it and they thought it could be a lot of fun getting a camper and exploring. I started looking on craigslist and kijiji just seeing what the prices are and seeing what different set ups people had and models, etc etc. there is a class A in Toronto for 3300, its an 1986 rockwood, it is amazing but then he told me what he got for fuel mileage and I was shocked, it is a 454 carbed. then I looked at class C and got overwhelmed with everything and then I started this thread. I am sure I haven't been the only person like this. lol, Next year my oldest graduates junior high and I said I was going to her grad, I thought about going up in an RV and making a two week trip out of it. Whenever the pro stocks come into town they want to go to the track and camp out with their friends. Other than that it will mainly be used for travelling the maritimes whenever we can get away.
