Class A RV inspection checklist?

Question

Does anyone have a checklist of items to inspect when purchasing a pre-owned Class A motorhome? We are considering a 2003 Monaco Commander 45 (coach is 1500 miles from us), but want to have it professionally inspected before buying. Would like to have inspector complete the checklist so nothing is forgotten. A checklist or any advice would be much appreciated!

This is the one I use. Covers pretty much everything. You can find an inspector through NRVIA.

A good inspector will have his/her own check list and provide it to you after the inspection. If they don’t have the list, don’t hire them.
