I remember when this was first posted. I watched it 'frame-by-frame' and noticed as the motorhome passed over the wire barrier, a cable snaps hard on the ground causing a dirt cloud.
I think that cable grabbed something under the coach and caused it to flip. It appears he has control until that point.
As I recall, the people were OK which is the most important thing.
