A portable gas grill is about the last major item I need for the new RT. I'm looking for something that will fit in the space under the electric sofa accessible from the rear doors, which is about 40" wide x 13.5" high x 27"deep. Mostly cooking for 1 or 2, but maybe a couple more people on a few occasions. Recommendations?Thanks in advance.

I have this plus a fuel canister if need be. Fits well in most places in a "B".On a realistic note, Coleman has a small one-burner stove that sits on a canister, as well as the usual two burner type that can use a 16 ounce propane can.

We have the Weber go-anywhere grill and it fits perfect. Happy grilling.

I have the electric sofa and used the Weber Go-Anywhere propane grill. If fits well in the under-bed storage - just coming in under the supports for the sofa. I say 'used' (past-tense) because I eventually jettisoned the grill for long-distance trips. I just didn't use it enough to justify the room it required in the limited cargo space.

We just got a Charbroil Grill2Go X200 and really like it.

I use the Solaire Everywhere grill and an RV Quick Connect Hose with 1"-20 Disposable Bottle Male Connection on my Roadtrek 210P. The hose plugs into the LP gas quick connection on the Roadtrek and screws into the Solaire grill bottle inlet. The whole setup is stowed in a plastic bin that slips under the rear seat, keeping everything in the back of the RT clean and rattle-free.Solarie Everywhere GrillRV Quick Connect Host

We use the the O GRILLE cooks steaks/chops the best of any bbq I've owned. Plank cedar salmon and shrimp do well on this grille, however chicken is difficult. The handle clasp to fold bbg for storage could use redesign. I tried Kumho, very expensive, gas valve failed after three uses. Company not very helpful. Suggested return to store for valve, so returned for refund.

For grilling I actually only use my George Foreman grill(small one) which I can plug in outside or inside. I DO have a 22000 btu Coleman propane 2 burner stove which is great! It is superior to the 2 burner in the MH and works in even windy conditions.I park it at the back door of my PW Plateaul. In other words I cook a wide selection of food but not just grilling. If you dont have a Coleman 2 burner stove NOVART you might look at that option. It depends on your cooking style. I couldn't survive just grilling everything! Happy cooking with whatever you get.

Looks like I'm too late. I got the flat Coleman Perfect Flow with the single burner down the length, but ended up not using it much because of the uneven heat distribution. I went back to a small box-shape grill with folding legs (same box used to make LP and charcoal models), stores in a different place. Charcoal model, actually. If I don't have time to deal with charcoal I will use a griddle instead of a grill,

Is the Coleman stove the one with the separate burner? I have the Texsport that is similar. I love having the grill and burner combo. I went with the Texsport because of a bigger grilling surface bu I think the Coleman is a better quality product. A quick thought. I bought a hose for mine online for $19.00 and picked it up at my local Walmart. The local Walmart price is $26.00. Check online price and buy online. They will pull one for you and hold at willcall /internet sales. Might save you some dough.

As a part time chef and BBQ fanatic, I have tried them all and there is nothing better than the Weber mentioned previously for performance and size. I store it under the bed with my seats and life jackets for my Sea Eagle Fastboat inflatable kayak for two that is stored in the rear.

Thanks for all the input. After considering this thread, reading similar ones in the archives, and doing some Internet research, I've decided to go with one of the smaller grills - probably the Coleman PerfectFlow InstaStart. Cost is very reasonable and some extra storage space will be available. I might eventually also get something a little larger if I do a lot of tailgating or trips with more cooking, assuming storage constraints can be met.

If I understand your post, you are looking for a propane BBQ grill. For us the Coleman "Fold N Go" has been perfect for us.

We, too, have the Coleman 2-Burner Perfectflow Instastart Propane Grill Stove. Got it at Walmart for $79 and we hook it up to the LP in our Adventurous on a 12' hose. Stores under the bed perfectly.
