Our 24 foot '79 Delta "money pit" had an almost identical floor plan to yours.
There was no rear bed, rear area was spacious restroom with a short enclosed shower/tub. The ornate restaurant-style ceiling lighting system and Keebler cottage cabinets were something special. Orange shag carpets!!!
