Sales people on commission can be a mixed bag. We've come across those who don't have a clue and just want the commission check. Others have been helpful.
The whole queen island bed thing I've found to be a matter of personal preference. We prefer twin beds as we both toss and turn.
I agree about the rubber roof. We prefer fiberglass. Ducted air is nice in a larger rig. In smaller rigs you can go with roof units or ducted.
