First off - of course the Era is a Class B, not a Class C.
The 70M fresh water tank capacity is excellent for the size RV it is. However, it's grey water, black water, and propane tank capacities are small for any amount of dry camping beyond around 3 days in moderate weather. It's propane capacity could really be a limitation for cold weather dry camping.
